Are the Sheiko templates 29, 30, 31, 32, 37, and the CMS/MS 8 week cycle genuine? Because Sheiko himself said there are a lot of fakes on the internet. Also if they are genuine, where did they originate from? Also, assuming they are genuine, a proper way to run the sheiko templates for a rated non CMS lifter would be 29, 37 and then 32; or 29, 30, 31, 32...basically running 2-3 prep cycles followed by a peaking cycle like 32 right? Am I on the right track?

For the Goodmornings and the lunges, I know that coach Dave Bates mentioned that the most one should use on those two exercises is 40% of raw back squat max, my question is, is there a minimum % as well? I am guessing 30% of ones raw back squat max?

I noticed that most of the top russian powerlifters deadlift with a sumo stance, is there a particular reason for this as it pertains to sheiko programming? I heard from another board that the reason why russian powerlifters deadlift sumo stance was not because it was better in some way, but because it fit the programming style of sheiko more since high volume squats combined with conventional deadlifting would be too intense on the cns...any thoughts?

For benching in sheiko, is it recommended to use leg drive on every single lift including the low percentage sets to reinforce good habits?
Also, for deadlift to knees, is it deadlift to knee then drop the bar back down or is it deadlift to knee level, pause, then finish the lift? Because in sheiko's book, he talks about both versions.
Also one more question, for a rated lifter, would 2 gpp sessions a week be adequate? For gpp I do a bodyweight circuit consisting of foam rolling, hip mobility drills, and burpees that probably take anywhere from 20-30 minutes or so.

Oh I see, does eric follow a specific set rep scheme for the 70% work or does he just go by feel?

Well maybe not exactly 4 weeks but somewhere around that mark, I was hoping if Eric or Dave can post an example template for rated and cms lifters if they can

Thank you for the link, but what I am talking about is the 4 week transition cycle that is not found on that site, usually eric does this transition cycle after maxing out as a type of deload/transitioning phase before jumping straight into another set of prep. cycles, I was wondering if you or Eric can post up an example template for a rated lifter and a cms lifter to clarify on how it looks like.

May you please post up a template of a 4 week transition cycle for both a rated lifter and a cms lifter? I have looked everywhere and am confused on what to do. Thank you so much in advance.
