Eric, What are the top 2 or 3 stress reducers that you have had the most success with, with your clients (not yourself)? For the general public.....not people that are as motivated as yourself? Thanks, jared

Jared:
Can you be more specific? What kind of "stress reducers" are you talking about? Are we talking "blocking factors" or something more specific?

Eric, Sorry for the confusion. No, not blocking factors. I mean what methods have you found to be the most successful, with your clients not yourself, for reducing stress. I'm talking mental/emotionas stress more than anything. What have you found that works best? Meditation, walking, EFT, etc.....things like that? Thanks.

Jared: Of course that is a tough one, because just as each one of us has different metabolic needs; we all also respond differently to different modalities. Personally, I have found that homeopathy has made a huge impact for me, followed by (in no particular order) meditation and reading the "right material", walking, massage, and supplementing with magnesium. The lady that I work with in homeopathy is excellent. If anyone is interested, please email me and I will give you her contact information. Hope this helps Jared.

I was under the impression magnesium is a no-no for fast oxidisers and parasympathetics?

Eric, Can you email me your homeopathy ladies info? What form of Magnesium do you recommend for FO's? Thanks, Rob is exactly right. Unless you are addressing an acute stressor, magnesium for a FO is usually not the best option. However, every situation is different. Removing blocking factors and toxic loads are the way to combat stress; along with proper supplementation that rebuilds and reinstates the adrenal glands via the BioHealth 205 adrenal profile: www.viddler.com/explore/bmfsports/videos/69/9.859Please email me for the homeopathy practitioner's contact information.

OK, so magnesium is ok to use sporadically for FO's during times of extreme stress.
I have found the Adrenal recovery program Eric has got me on to be one of the most beneficial things i have done to date - i feel as good as i was when i was 20!

Yes-magnesium can be used in times of acute stress to combat the sympathetic push of stress-even for the protein types. The key word here is *acute* stress. Monitor your DCR's, and you will know when it has outran its usefulness. It is really amazing what a proper adrenal protocol can do-isn't it?

For me animal brains eliminated all stress in my life, as soon as I ate them it was as if "NOTHING" bothered me anymore. Regardless if it was workout stress, emotional, ect.. Eating brains gives you a very very strong stress reserve. Ultra Life's multi glandular for your type works great as well.
