i put my new supercenturion W/S yesterday for the first time...for the first two sets at 80%....it was very hard to hit depth, the suit was breaking me during the descend & it was very hard to go faster...i put strap up in the last set ... there was very very loose...i did'nt feel any change with the straps or not...so
1-how tight the straps should be to get more carryover? 2-what can i do to be able to squat faster in this EXTEMELY HARD new suit??

A couple more training sessions and it should start breaking in and you should be able to hit depth easier with 80%.
1. For the squat you vary your strap tension with each lift. The first one being your loosest, the last one being your tightest. You have to experiment with the straps and mark on the strap where exactly you need to put it to hit that number. Your 80% and up should be really cranked. If they're loose enough to fall off then it's just like wearing briefs. The suit wont catch you until it has tension on the straps which engages the hips which gives you pop out of the hole. Make sure not to FORCE it to hit depth. Go where the suit stops and pop back up and just add more weight.
2. Practice, practice, practice and more practice and focus on exploding out of the hole.

THANKS A LOT AMBER!!! i don't have velcro straps but, i will tight them to get more pop of out of the hole!

I find that if I have a Titan suit that is moderately tight in the hips with tight straps that it does not do as well for me as a very tight suit in the hips with looser straps. Hope this helps. Eric
