here is my evaluation skills at 185pounds BW...so, is it possible to loose weight while doing a sheiko training YESSSS! but with a proper dieting ...
i did the squat in my old suitt with a very loose fit because i will only receve my new tighter suit tomorrow...so i did not try 95% on the squat to be safe...
i lifted all the weight that i was supposed to lift at 200 pounds BW with the same %...so, i think that it will be a chance for me to total elite at the next june 13th!!!
CANT WAIT!
BEN, im still working to hit legal depht ... i think that i did a a lot of progress with my form but a lot of work is still needed

I like very much your technique. Good squat, bench is good (bench shirt are so hard !!) and the second deadlift is fantastic. Nice work.
