Hello to all deep squatters
I had ACL replacement in 99, they used my patellar tendon. I have intermittent swelling in my surgical knee from time to time. Sometimes I will have no problems for years at a time. My strength is extremely improved from before my surgery. I feel the change in seasons or weather fronts cause swelling. Anyone else recognize this pattern in their joints? Anyway I have been training through the swelling, as long as I wrap it does not bother me, it just swells when I am done training. Squat day seem to aggravate more than dead lifts, this has been the case for 2 weeks, really since spring started here in the Midwest. Just wondering how other lifters deal with knee swelling and if you find it related to weather patterns at all. Thanks for the feedback. Grant

Cold and wet autumn and winter weather definately makes my dodgy left knee swell up more than during the summer / spring months
