Eric Cressey and I have known each other for several years now. I can't recommend his DVD Magnificent Mobility high enough. It is really the leader in its specific genre of flexibility and rehabilitation. I am happy to have the opportunity to spread the great work of Metabolic Typing® to Cressey's readership  |

I've been following Eric Cressey's and Mike Robertson's articles in t-nation and EliteFTS for years. Really excellent and packed fiull of great info on sports injury recovery and functional training. Yeah i have the Magnificent Mobility and Inside Out DVD's and both are really worth checking out. If you have the money, the Building the Efficient Athlete Seminar set is awesome as well.
So is Eric showing an interest in Metabolic Typing then ?

Cressey and I discussed Metabolic Typing® at length at his parent's house in Maine in 2005 just after I qualified for the WPO at the qualifier. I don't know if I would go as far as to say that he is now showing a personal interest in MT, but it seems that he might believe it has merit for either him, his athletes/newsletter subscribers, or both. Remember that all I can do is take a person through the desert and then show them the oasis. It is up to them to drink. I do thank Cressey for the opportunity to spread the word about Metabolic Typing® ! |
