Someone recommended this book to me. Has anyone read it? Comments?

It is interesting from the fact that it is one of the biggest studies done on the effects of diet, but thats about it.

The study is seriously biased and flawed methodologically, and you can find reasons why all over the web. It is one of those studies used by militant vegetarians to promote their causes, ignoring the fact that what works nutritionally for a Chinaman doesnt necessarily work for anyone else.
