Eric, Why would Plain / Full Fat / No Sugar added Yogurt only be and Italics food for a FO? Just too many sugars? Thanks, Jared

Eric, Why would Plain / Full Fat / No Sugar added Yogurt only be and Italics food for a FO? Just too many sugars? Thanks, Jared A couple of reasons: The protein in said food is not high in purines, saturated fat is not enough, the potassium content is quite high, and the insulin response from yogurt is not the greatest. It can certainly be used in addition to other foods in your meal; but not a good choice on its own for a FO. I hope this helps.
