If someone is from old good europe and is looking at E weightlifting championship i think will be amazed as me by the strength of these athlet.
I remember reading some times ago a silly arthicle by a former powerlifting guru who compared power of a powerlifter ho halfsquat 900lbs as opposed to a weightlifter who clean 450.
That's ridicoluse, alla this guy, at a raw meet competition (in powerlifting) will keep the highest position no metter who they face. Today i saw a French 85kgs lifter (4th at the end) cleaning 205 kgs, with the biggest quad i ever seen.
I write it here because generally Sheiko lovers are also weightlifting lovers.

Are you referring to Louie Simmons? I agree. I have been around Olympic weightlifters in Greece when I lived there and when I visit there (I have vid's on my YouTube channel) and their squats are incredibly powerful in terms of speed, etc. Heck, we all have seen the video of Pyrros doing 200 kilos for a fast 2 reps in the front squat in the training hall tapes. What is that French lifter's name? There was a French Oly lifter at Beijing last fall that had some of the biggest quads I have ever seen on an 85 kilo lifter.

HENNEQUIN BENJAMIN. I think is the same guy.
France has a very good team (to be a western country). Also in powerlifting, i saw last year at eurpean union cup (a western european cup) france lifter were very skilled, with high tech lift. Friend of mine told me "if they dont use sheiko style, they use a very similar one".

and take a look at evgeny pisarev, born in 1988. he take the bronze due to the stupid "press out" rules. But he is the man for the future. He clean 225 with the same effort i spend lifting a pillow from the floor.

This is still in the early stages, but I still have plans to move to Greece within the next few years. How would you and the other Europeans feel about there being a Titan Support Systems distributor in Greece?
