So I started the 13 week beginner unequipped program, and I have just finished the first 4 week volume block. I didn't plan on using any equipment until after this program but I acquired a good bench shirt for free today. I wish to start using it immediately but I have one issue. On the Monday session that calls for using the bench shirt there really isn't anyone in the gym I can rely on. The Friday session would work absolutely perfect though. Is there any way that I can move stuff around so I would not be compromising the program? Thanks for any recommendations!

I think the main problem would be that weeks 5 and 6 have a bench pyramid on Friday. It would be hard to shirt up for that...

You have spotters on a Friday but not on a Monday, right?
And all the equipped lifting is programmed on a Monday.
So why not just switch the entire sessions around? Fridays (raw) stuff on Monday, and Mondays (eqp) stuff on Friday?
You're still doing the same amount of volume at the same intensity so i cant see how it should make too much difference...
