...is not recommended and may make you spew in a bin in the gym. Especially if your pre-workout meal is a caffeine pill and a gatorade and its a double squat session. That is all.

haha. It can be done though, I used to do that sort of thing all the time when pushed for time. Good clean fun.

Yeah I have done sessions like that totally raw and without the SPP exercises when really pushed for time. Not fun.

With wrapping too? Thats a different story altogether. You are the man.... no doubt. Any squat session that involves wrapping has taken me about an hour just for the squats!
