Squat with old suit : 488(80%)4X2 (poor Blackberry video) (las set videoded)
BP with Chains : 300 (80%) + chains X4X2 (las set videoded)
Pushdown 5X10 4 Board Raw 4X8 with: 355 Raw SQ 3X3 with 355 GM: 5X5 with 185
Training time : 2hr 50min

yeah im a french canadian from quebec. this is the first time that i will compete in the open category. where do you come from joel? I'm Australian. I lived in Montreal for 6 months in 2007 though, which was great.

Im still dieting & my bw was at 193 in the morning...til here, it did not affect my lift!!! keep'n positive & strong!
Dead Till Knee : 80% 4X4X430 (I NEED HELP TO CORRECT MY FORM!!!)
Bench Pyramid: Top set: 2X4X275, 2X3X300, 2X2X315, 2X1X330................
DEAD from pins below knees : 80%4X4X500
i think that its was a PR For me i ever did more than 3 reps in westside...

Nice Joel! hope to train in australia with you in the future! Do you lift in a meet soon? Wich category? spsfw and myself are lifting this weekend at our state competition. We're both 125kg class (i.e. fat). Sorry Steve LOL. Are you planning to come to Australia?

april 3th BP Shirted: 80%3x3 @ 380 lbs
i exploded the weight Raw Squat:75% 4X4@ 355 Raw BP 3Board paused : 75% (shirted max) 3X4X@355
APRIL 6th BW: 191.4 Squat geared with old superior suit & no wraps 80%1X3@480 85%3X1@515 no wraps
A bit high but im really satisfied : im leaner than ever & i can squat my 607lbs geared %. i hope that it will continue like this... Bench Press With Chains: 80%3X3 @300lbs (it was slow for the 3rd rep) Pushdown 5X8 Weighted Push Up with 120lbs on the back: 4X8 Raw Squat: 80% 4X1 @ 380lbs
