Nice job. Try not moving your feet. Use them to drive. Don't wiggle!!! You will Surley tear your back out. Your a very strong man. I just imagine if I worked with you just one day. You would with out doubt be hitting 430+ in three weeks time. I'm sure of it.

Deal!!! Though you High arch fellows are a different breed. But I feel I can. I jumped 70 lbs. Jim jumped 55. Mary has jumped 25 in 2 weeks. As said on other web sights. I may have found the Holy Grail! After the APA Nationals we need to get together often. As a team member I'll give you my 4 week plan for free.
