Welcome aboard Neal 325 @ 148 is a very impressive number. Are you planning on starting a log? Because I, for one, would like to see what your training consists of to be able to hit that big of a bench. A little bit about me since I failed to do so before. Hey BJ! Glad to see ya made it to BMF!
Welcome Neal! Have you lifted in other federations besides Raw Unity? I'd like to invite you to check out the SPF if you haven't already. Our federation is 10 years old and is For the Lifter, By the Lifter oriented and has a strong standing in the south and moving more north and central US as we speak with more state chairman's being appointed this year. The competition is tough and is a great motivator. We strongly promote BMF as it strongly promotes SPF. Glad to see you here and send Bud a pm about getting a training log set up for you.

Most of us will all be there, so let us know if you need anything. And yes, we're a team and have each other's backs. Definately all in this together. I want to see everyone else succeed as much as I want for my own success. BMF Rocks! We've got to show everybody that and it'll take all of us together to do it, not just one man (or woman )
