I'm currently doing gime 1 (for raw bench), and I'm planning on doing 2 and 3 up to a meet in jan/feb. I've only completed gime 1 once before (though i've done alot of Sheiko PL-programs). Does anyone have any experience with the whole 14-week program, and if so, did you deload/take a week off between the three?
Any thoughtful answers are more than welcome!
