Hey there I'm new to this board and wanted some advise. I'm on week 4 of sheiko 29 was going to give it up as was a bit beat up. But my lifts are feeling strong, I was going to do 37 then 32 which from reading is a comp prep cycle. Now I am planning on doing my first ever meet at the end of the year, now I'm doing a raw meet and want to be as strong as possible and I feel sheiko will do it. Any ideas thanks my maxes are sq 140kg dead 180 kg bench 120kg
