Sorry if this is short but I am using my phone
I currently train strongman and im am in a rut. My lifts are stuck and I need some volume and a change of pace.
Height 6'5" Weight 282
Bench 300 Squat 405 Dead 500 Ohp 260 push press
What is the best route to take? What do you think I should do for Saturdays when I normally hit strongman. Maybe go light for sipped work??

What are your goals? You compete in strongman and want to increase your lifts to get better at strongman while you still train for strongman?
I wouldn't do "sheiko" for this tbh. If you like Sheiko and are looking for a change of pace, maybe you could try starting off with the template then adjusting it to your needs.
So on Monday you could do squats and bench Wednesday you can do deadlifts and overhead work Friday you can do squats and bench again Saturday you can do some strongman events training, one or two events probably a press and a pull. Not too heavy you'd be working on the technique for the events and getting stronger mainly from the barbell lifts.
I don't train for strongman btw, but have done one competition. This is just how I would do it

So I just finished 29 and I set my maxes based on the above. I really pushed it during the program ended up at
Squat 450 Bench 340 Dead lift 525
I was doing my strongman work on Saturdays as well.
