I am a class 3 lifter, 1240@220 and have 14 weeks between now and my next meet. I have always wanted to give Sheiko training a run and right now I feel is the perfect time for it. I like the idea of plugging maxes into a spreadsheet and having the whole program layed out for me. What do you recommend I fill the next 14 weeks with? For perspective, the next meet is a very important meet, it isn't some small meet I can afford a poor performance at (like we can ever afford that).
