Just wondering if anything new has come out? Im currently on my 2nd cycle of the "new 12wk program" and am receing good results on my bench. Squat isnt budging though. I feel i can handle more lower body volume. Perhaps i'll try Sheiko 40-30-32 next time around

I think Dave took a step back a while ago. Last I heard he was working two jobs, so didn't have time. I see Eric Talmant is back doing powerlifting, so not sure if Dave is involved or not...

I read powerlifting watch weekly. Thanks for managing it.
I max with wraps, so my "raw" squat is an estimate (i just take 30lbs off for wraps). I'm nearing CMS/MS level (about 40lbs shy) so maybe I just need... more? Dont really wanna change back to the numbers programs though, because I LOVE the bench portion of your program.
I have a skills eval next week and a meet in 5 ... i'll have a better assessment then.

I did Dave's routine once and it gave me super results. The new one I mean, where you do a lot of long pauses on bench and squats.
