Hey I'd greatly appreciate it if someone could answer the following questions regarding Sheiko:
1.) Use a sumo stance for deadlifts?
2.) Add 5lb for bench and 10lb for squat/dead after each 4 week program?
Someone should write a Sheiko FAQ and compile all the information for t-nation.

Personally I used a sumo stance deadlift and got a 25kg increase (280kg to 305kg) with the standard program of Dave Bates. My conventional deadlift before the program was 290kg.
Formyour second question, I did run 2 cycles of Sheiko (first time the 29-31-32 and second time the Dave Bates), in the first cycle I indeed increased the weights, during Dave Bates I didn't. I made decent progress both times, so more research is needed from my side.
Btw, T-nation contains too much crap.
