Hey guys. I'm about to embark on my second run at the CMS Bench Routine but am going to use it for my raw bench this time instead of equipped as it is written. As far as changes go I will be replacing all the main bench w/chains sessions with raw bench and occasionally subbing in some close grip or chain/banded bench and some paused bench in my second bench session. Pin presses will also get the shaft as my shoulders cannot cope with them. Are there any other changes that anybody believes I should make? Does the volume and intensity transfer over smoothly from equipped to raw? See attachment for program template. Attachments:

Spoke to Steve Pritchard about it today and he has just completed the cycle for raw bench. He used mainly competition bench but subbed in reverse bands on some of the heavier days and dropped the 4th day altogether if he was feeling too beat up.

Edited the template a bit, a work in progress though. Attachments:

The original programme never featured benching with chains, that was added by the creator of the spreadsheet.
