Whats up fella's, new to these boards and this style of training and heard alot of good things about these/forums boards.
I'm sure you get millions of these so I will keep it as brief as possible, and I have a very brief understanding of the system/s and how they work. I have just finished a smolov cycle with great gains, which has obviously highly inflated my squat numbers and total and I am looking into obviously moving into sheiko based training now.
I have read conflicting information, in which people generally run a set no. of the blocks such as 29,37,32(peaking cycle) for 12 weeks worth of training, or you can alternatively repeat them over 29.29.29.32 (add to max each cycle)
I have also seen there is a 13 week beginner pro-gramme posted on here and my question in a nut shell is where do I start! lifts are 235/142.5/240(kg's) if it makes any difference what so ever.
any help/guidance much appreciated and thanks in advance!

Depends what your body weight is If you're 75kg your training will be different to if you're 150kg with that total

Should probably point out, I also am preparing for a meet, so I have 11 weeks worth of training time (not enough to get 2 runs, and 32 in).. I'm thinking of just working backwards from the date 9 weeks, 2 blocks, then deload the week of the meet.
edit:
just re thought by checking the spreadsheets, I think I will actually go the more generic route with 29>37>32 but with 32 only perform wk1,wk3,wk4 which should take me nicely into the meet! If anybody see's a massive problem with that let me know!
