A question for those who are familiar with the Askold Surovetsky program. For the program that was posted below, I have only seen the percentage for the main movement (squat, bench and deadlift), what sort of assistance work should be done? Is it similar to Sheiko, light, recovery type of movement?

I do not really know what you're supposed to do but I follow this routine 3 x weekly as laid out, and only do rotator cuff work at the end. It takes 60-75 minutes to complete. Then I add in one extra workout per week for assistance, which for me is bodybuilding type of training. No board presses, floor presses or chains or bands. enough work for the bench in the routine. I do mostly lat work to balance out the pressing. And I do shoulders, side and rear lateral raises. Abs and chest flies together with parallel bar dips.
