Hey guys, I have tried both the 12 week program and the 13 week unequipped program and got good results on the bench press both times. However my squat seems to do better with higher intensity. I have found that the Russian Peaking program works well for my squat and deadlift but have had not the greatest results with the bench press. I was wondering what your thoughts on combining these two programs?

Just keep the volume roughly the same (number of lifts) but increase the average intensity
