Since they seem to be numbered and only a few are shared here...where are the rest? Is there a 28, 33, 34, 38, 1, 2, etc?
Or are the shared ones just the most successful?
Anyone know?

When I am home from work I will upload my spreadsheet It has a lot of Sheiko workouts in it and is based from the ChaseT spreadsheet (I just added more cycles over time). A lot of the cycles were not named, so I just named them 101, 102, 103 etc in order of discovery. I also arranged the cycles by total volume for easy programming

Still largely unfinished but there is a whole bunch there. I'm working on entering about another fifteen 4 week cycles and it's boring as shit to do so I hardly ever get around to it www.mediafire.com/view/?651sf5x442vfl43

Wait - there are more Sheiko routines than 29-30-31-32-37-39-40-CMS-MS? ?

Yeah I tend to enter them in whenever I am bored I have a shitload of untranslated, un-spreadsheet-ed one's that I'll upload now. It's just an ass to look at them all in the big picture.
They are mostly 5 day routines and a few 4 day. This means a lot of the programming will be individual to the lifter it was made for but I see no reason why would can't use them as templates for rough ideas of volume and intensity then just picking the SPP exercises based on your own weaknesses

www.mediafire.com/?op617czpaps8s95I counted 42 different cycles. Plenty of comp cycles. I really want to understand peaking a lot more... the prep cycles are easy to figure out (more volume until that doesn't work then more intensity) but their has to be more to the comp cycles than "just run #32"!

I'll check it out. I'm having trouble now with formulas and formatting. I think it's an excel conversion problem. Is this one excel 97?
Anyway thanks a bunch for sharing. Where did you get them?

I did it all in LibreOffice. I'm a linux user Anyway, I got them from the old irbis club site. I spent like a day hunting down various internet archives and eventually I found an archive for each of the word documents. I'm amazed that they were even archives of this but apparently people like to spend their time downloading the vast majority of the internet each week and storing it lol
