I'm a raw 220 lifter with best lifts of 505/335/525-1365 total. Just was trying to figure out what combination of sheiko prep cycles to put together to get the best gains in 12weeks. I have experiemented with a few CMS templates with my squat and they worked wonders over the past four months(55 gain). Obviously, CMS prep would destroy me now according to my classification. Would like to see some good results esp. in deadlift and bench. I'm sure this question may have been answered but would really to hear some opinions on my specific situation. Thanks so much!

the old one -the original one- is the best bet cause has been tried by lots of persons and the feedback was good. as regards to the new one not much feedback has been left yet. i'm doing it right now but am only in second week.
