Hi, I'm a complete Sheiko beginner and just started #29, last week I completed 2 training days but got the flu and couldn't train on friday. This week I'm still sick but my question is; when I'm well to train again, should I just pick up where I left off and start at 'week 2' or restart the whole cycle again?
Thanks

I'm in week 7 of the new 12 week cycle, and got ill on thursday. Skipped wednesday. My session on friday were the squats & bench, wednesday deadlift and the same amount of total tonnage that i had to to on wednesday (lighter weights because i was already tired of the first bench session)
it looked something like this: bench 10x2x110 sq paused 8x2x145 bench 10x3x95 DL 3x4x170
instead of:
wednesday DL 3x4x170 bench 9x3x102,5
friday bench 10x2x110 sq paused 8x2x145
(all in kg)

Only two days in, I'd just start over when you feel well enough to train again.

I have never found stopping training helps in any way recovering from the flu, in fact the opposite. If its real bad cut most of the volume out an keep your heart rate down. Most people at my gym train through. I wear my hood real low when walking to the gym when im off work sick=)
