I've been running various Sheiko cycles since August of 2011. I feel like my chest and shoulders have been sore nonstop for the last 3 months. Anybody else feel this way? My bench numbers are continuing to improve, I just can't wait to see what I can do when I'm not actually sore from the last session.

My anterior delts usually get a bit sore from the bench pyramids, but my pecs usually I don't get sore anymore.

Are you pinching your shoulder blades when you bench? Are you arching as hard as you can? Pain and soreness can usually be tracked back to not so perfect techniue!!

Yeah, it is the bench pyramids that seem to kill me. I think it is just the overall volume of bench. Going over 300# three times a week is a lot.
