I just started #31 last night. Man that first session is a long one. Bench, squat, bench and then squat again. Crazy.

haha yeah. we started #31 this monday, the squats are pretty hard. did you use the rest interval as prescripted? it left me nauseous the whole training and my trainingspartner actually threw up. it gave my some nice DOMS in my legs i can assure you the second train (deads + bench) again is a long one, it took us about 2,5 hours. the bench session really pumps you up it felt like my chest was going to explode. did you run another cycle before this one? we did 29 before 31.

I took as much time as I needed between squat sets, which was more than the prescribed rest intervals. I'm glad I have something "fun" to look forward to in the second day. I've run 29, 37, 32 before, but this is my first go around with 31.

ah okay. so this round of cycles your opening with #31? what are you planning to do after that? #32 directly or another cycle? something like 31-31-32? 31-30-32?

This one is a longer one for me. I ran 37, took a week off, upped maxes by about ten pounds, ran 37 again, followed by 31, 32 and then a meet.
