So, we are entering the last week from the #29 cycle. After this one we are going to do #37.
But i am reading a lot of mixed opinions on whether we should up our maxes or not.
I did # 29 with these 1rm's: - beltless 200 squat - 132,5 bench - beltless 230 deadlift, i changed this to 245 beltless in week 3 because deads where way to easy.
i was thinking to run 37 and after that 32 with these 1rm's: - beltless 210 squat - 137,5 bench - 255 deadlift with belt
what do you guys think is best?

The usual suggestion I have seen is 1-3% increase in your max from cycle to cycle with the exception of maxes that don't seem quite right. I found using 1-2% was pretty good for me.
Curious at to your dead lift being so easy. Are you doing the lift variations right? 2-3 count on pauses at knees (or where ever your sticking point is)? Deep deficits and block pulls from well below the knees?

thank you for your reply.
the boxpulls are indeed from below the knee. the deficit lifts are from aprox 6cm. we used to do speed deadlifts from 6cm all the time, so 65% is nowhere near hard. and we do pause the to the knee pulls.
i guess the 230 i used was just a bit off. i allready pulled 250 with belt. i did an pretty easy 230 without the belt and then attempted the 252,5 beltless but failed it around knee level. so using 230 was probably not correct, thats why i bumped it up to beltless 245. for the 90% rackpulls last wednesday, this seemed to be right.

Play it by ear. #37 is more volume than #29, but not much more. I would look at running the final 8 weeks of Dave's program instead of #37>#32 actually as the bench intensity in the original #37 is too low for most people.
Your jumps are quite high. I would maybe only increase the squat and deadlift by 5kg and the bench by 2.5kg and then try and set some new PBs at skills evaluation in week 1 of #32.
