Hello guys we started cycle# 29 today. Tomorrow we will be receiving the Watson safety squat bar; www.gymequipment.uk.com/store/item/3408h/Special_Bars/Safety_Squat_Bar.htmlwe want to use them for goodmornings, seated goodmornings and lunges. but since they kind of mimic the front squat movement due to the more upright position, we are also thinking about using them @ the frontsquat slot. is there anybody here who has done this? did you change the percentages or kept them the same? the second question is about the abs-slot; weve got multiple options... ab-wheel, leg raises, standing cable ab crunches, russian twists.... what would you guys suggest? pick one and stick with it or just rotate and do whatever we want to do that day?
