I'm on my 8th week of sheiko training, and it seems to be working well, but recently I've been having a little bit of shoulder pain. It doesn't bother me when I bench, but it crunches when I move it and hurts a little when I perform basic tasks like mopping the floor. I believe my bench technique is good (touch low, elbows tucked, long pause, shoulders retracted) but I can post a form video to see if there's anything wrong with it.
I think the problem is all the high volume benching I'm doing and insufficient shoulder/upper back work.
Does anyone else have this problem? What exercises should I add and how should I program them?

I think making dumbbell rows my main upper body gpp exercise would be my best bet. For my purposes (getting rid of shoulder pain, preventing real injury) would it be better to do them strict, or heavier kroc row style?

read some stuff on shoulder pre-rehab by Eric Cressey or Mike Robertson. There is tons on line & they will explain it better than anyone else here could
