Hi guys. I need your help. I've been doing sheiko for few months but now I want to start something really hard. I have competition in 12 weeks and I would like to get gold it's polish championship unequipment. I thought about 31 program. What should I choose? What about spp. Thanks in advance

I may be new to sheiko, but I do know that if you want anyone to give useful advice, you'll need to tell them more about yourself and your current training situation. Lifts, age, injuries, that sort of thing.

Ok I've been training powerlifting since 2007 and competiting from 2009 in IPF. My best result is 752.5 kg in total (290 - 187,5 - 275). I haven't been on raw competition so I don't know my raw results from there but I did skills evaluation one week ago and it looked like 200/160/250. I think I'm able to squat 210. I lift in 93 weight category. I haven't had any injuries. Now I want to get better my raw results. I'm 22 yo.
