Hey guys, Finally joined this site now that I'm really interested in this system of training. I'm currently following a WSBB template and have also run Wendlers 5/3/1 in the past w/ some success. I really seem to be spinning my wheels lately and my lifts just haven't been moving like they should.
The more I've read into Sheiko, the more it appeals to me. Just sticking to the main lifts, with a lot of volume on them, at lower intensity levels.
I have a meet on October 8th so 9 weeks away. My best lifts are 470-300-570 raw. Should I even bother with Sheiko being this close to the meet, and just wait till after the meet?
If I do run Sheiko, what cycles and cycle#'s would you all suggest? I'd appreciate any feedback you all could give.
Thanks
Brian

If I had 8 weeks I would run #29 or #37 and then #32 to peak.

I think you are right, and 8wks is too short a time frame to see much benefit from radically changing your training style.
I'd wait till after the meet then do something like 29-37-32.
