Hi everyone.
I have bp raw competition in 10 wks and then 9 wks to powerlifting comp. I'm doing actually workouts for candidates for master and sport masters. It works very good maybe because I haven't been training long time without equipment. I want to do one preparatory and one competition period before bench press. How should comp. period look like? When I have to start it? And what about preparatory after bp? I have normal squats and dls now. I will just decrease intensity and volume before bp competition. What do u think?
