Hi yah, name is Wilmer and I bench 145 kg raw at 65 kg...Im wondering if anyone have the other parts for this program (sheiko plan gime1 only bench press) ??
The first part is a prep period correct?? What is the other parts called??

Thanks aLOT Joeldibattista, Hey I have a question... If I dont have enough time to do all three phase of it, What is the best idea...Do number 1 month, then follow it up with month 3?? my meet is in August 19..... Thanks for the reply......

Yeah I would run part 1 and part 3 if that is all you have time for.

Oh yeah just did the math on doing plan 1 and Plan 3 and it don't add up....I will have a total of 7 weeks starting next week training....So do you think doing week 2 of plan 1 then doing the whole plan 3 is a good plan??

I would do plan 1 and then the final 3 weeks of plan 3.
