I have been away for awhile. I have been cutting and dealing with an arm injury. I am down to 184 now and i am hoping to qualify for next years Nationals in a couple wks. This meet isnt going to go that well b/c i am still adjusting to being around 50lbs later then I was. I am hoping to total around 1500.

04/25- My gf got me sick so I felt like a$$ today. Decided to back off the volume some and push the second squat until tomorrow.

Nationals Prep wk 4 day 3
Shirted bench- top sets 515x2x2 545x1,0,1- second a third singles felt awful, couldnt stay tight. Second rep misgroved it and lost it back toward rack 515x1- touched this. Will probably be my opener next wk end.
Misc. Upper Acc
Will do squats tomorrow bc had to help my friend put weights and stuff in his truck so he can start training at home.
