At 16 weeks precompetition is GOOD to do # 29,37,37,32?
or #29,37,29,37 without deloading?
or #29,37,32,32?
Or What do you suggest?

Depends on your rating and what works for you. But I would definitely run three prep cycles and 32 at the end to peak. Running 32 twice is pointless in my opinion.

mmm. is good in your opinion... #29,#32 and after #29 and #32???
Or...Run 6 wks of prep cycle and 2 wks of comp cycle. For example: *#37 all through *then #37 wk3 *then #37 wk 4 *then #32 wk 3 *then #32 wk 4
