Hi Trainer1, I'm assuming you mean 8 weeks prep and week 9 is the comp, so I would do the first 8 weeks of Dave's 12 week reduced volume cycle and instead of skills in week 9 do your competition.. Ben or Joel may have a better plan though.

I think I agree with Ben now !!!!!!! Just do as much prep up till your meet ie #37 4weeks,#37 3weeks then comp. You don;t have time for deloads.

is valid.... Run 6 wks of prep cycle and 2 wks of comp cycle. For example: *#37 all through *then #37 wk3 *then #37 wk 4 *then #32 wk 3 *then #32 wk 4
you judge it appropriate?

that could work. I would go a bit heavier with less volume on the #37 Wk 4 (i.e take 3 singles @90% on sq/bench/dl on the heaviest days)

16 week Precompetition for Intermediate powerlifter is good to do 2 cycle of 8 weeks ,for Competition only Deadlift-raw?
First Block/Mesocycle ...Sheiko #29 then #29 wk3 then#29 wk 4(take 3 singles @90% on sq/bench/dl on the heaviest days) then#32 wk 3 then #32 wk 4(with Test 1Rm )
After(2th Block):(witn new PR/1RM) *#37 all through *then #37 wk3 *then #37 wk 4(take 3 singles @90% on sq/bench/dl on the heaviest days)
*then #32 wk 3 *then #32 wk 4(in the final -Sunday Competition only Deadlift raw)
As you see it?

Thanks trainer1,
I'm in the same boat as the OP and think I will your suggestion of running program #37 for 6 weeks then 2 weeks of program #32. Will update my competition total and gains/impressions.
However, I question if this is suitable if I am completely new to Sheiko (formerly conjugate). Sorry if I hijacked your thread (Are new members allowed to create new threads?).

Why would you run 6 weeks of #37 and 2 weeks of #32? They're 4 week blocks, so just run them in order.
