Apologies if I butchered the spelling but was wondering if anyone here has had any experience with his programs? I have a friend who can speak Russian and has been following a forum which Askold posts on and provides programs.

Yes, my brother gave it a go
Worked very well for his bench, and also for his deadlift. He has major technical issues on the squat, but is almost unteachable at times. HIs squat did go up, but I know he wasn't as pleased with the results for his squat

I'm about to start week 4 of the 8 week program. There is a lot of benching. A lot. Not making any calls on the program until I compete.

Got me. Haha. Routine did ok for me though I didn't follow the deadlift program.
I will for the June comp though. Need to get my squat and bench up.

Hey I have a question about the squat and deadlift routine... it shows a max on the squat in week 15 and a deadlift max in week 16... how do you work that in terms of a comp? Or is this for the off season?
