hi everyone
I apologize if this has been posted but I find the search function on here harder to use than most forums
Anyways, I have some real issues doing lunges. I am usually one for following programs to a T but have injuries to ankles and my left toe that make lunging impossible. (have worked on mobility for years to no avail) I am doing Dave's 13 week w/ gear
Any good subs? I was just going to front squat.

I would say leg press. I think front squat would put too much stress on core etc.

I do step ups on a parallel box with bar in a front squat position with 25% of 1 RM of squat.
