Yes, i won my first Open National in the CPU (ipf) yesterday in the -100kg class! TOTAL: 827.5 kg i did a very huge Squat PB from 287.5 to 315kg!!!!! the biggest squat of the 100kg of the day squat 1: 275 smoke show squat 2: 300 smoke show Squat 3 315 (do or die): smoke show ! i left approximately 10kg in the tank i got 12th revolution with the titanium (blue one)...my knee cap was ready to explode....the tightest wraps i ever worn...i tink that it gave me around 100lbs of carry over on that lift... Bench press: i did an easy opener with 237.5... i try to tweak the shirt for the second: 251kg cant touch!!!Shit Happen! bench 3: after wiating 10s with 550lbs , the judges said to rack the bar because of my left heels who was supposed to be elevated....SHIT HAPPENS AGAIN...i got the worse uneracking ever...i was burned...3 reds..it was the biggest bench of the -100kg DEAD: i did a fast opener with 550... dead 2: 275kg to play safe to get my ticket to go at ARNOLD & get 507 wilks.. dead 3: i did not give any atention to the final score...i wanted to hit a pr dead so i tryed 675...i failed at one inch of the lock out...shit happens...i finished first anyway by only 5 pounds! so it was my last geared meet for the next year...ill try to get my qualifying total on may 8th at the CPF/WPC pro/AM in the -100kg Raw Division to be part of the NEXT RUM ... Thanks a lot DAve Bates For helping Me to achieve my goals! So, What should i do before the meet?

Yeah big total Joel, awesome.
Didn't you lift 82 not so long ago? How have you managed to gain so much weight when using sheiko training? Do you do higher reps for your SPP work?

E Ben, last year a did a hard diet and drop from 198 to 181,,,I competed in July at 190 wih a dehydration process to wegh in at 181...after that I stop dieting and I began to eat junk and a lot more Cal. I get up to 205 in November at the provincials. I continue my special junk diet til the national! Til I weight 217...its all about eating like a truck! But my BF passed from 7 to 15...
I'm doing a lot of mini training durng the weeks...a lot of reps work for the lats and the triceps in triset or metabolic circuit with full body emphasiss...20 to 25 min max...
