Hi everybody.
I'm really sorry to be a pain as I am sure this has been asked many times before but a quick search brought me nothing.
I keep reading about different numbered Sheiko programs but I have no idea where they are detailed.
Could somebody point me toward a site which holds them all please?
Also, while I am here, I have 16 days until the last BDFPA british qualifier where I am attempting to qualify in my class with a 205kg single deadlift. In these remaining days before the competition, what training would you recommend I do to make sure I am able to get the lift.
For info, my current PB is 200kg and I have been powerlifting for 8 weeks.
Many thanks,
John

One final question (for now ) Which of the Sheiko programs is the most difficult with the highest amount of volume?

One final question (for now ) Which of the Sheiko programs is the most difficult with the highest amount of volume? Of the "cookie cutter" programs, it is the MSIC program - 5 days a week and tons of volume. Wade Hooper follows this template. MSIC signifies World Champion level. Don't take this the wrong way, but definitely NOT for someone who has been training for 8 weeks. What is your best raw total and what is your bodyweight?

Cool thanks.
Best total is: Squat 150kg Bench 120kg Deadlift - 215kg
Total - 485kg (I weigh 87kg)
I think I could beat my squat by about 10kg at the moment but I am most definitely no Wade Hooper.

I thought your deadlift PB was 200?
Anyway, 485 total means you have a Youth 2 classification on the original Russian table. I would recommend Dave Bates' reduced volume 13 week cycle on this site - I would definitely stay away from #29, #30, #31, CMS-MS etc.
