number 29 and so on DOES NOT EXIST for Sheiko. These are just a way to call them used by Eric Talmant or Dave Bates (i dont know exacly).
Sheiko programs appears on his book and on a web site. 29 and 37 are quite the same workout (the first of a group made by 30,31,32) originally called Discharger 1, 2, 3, and competition discharger. Originally Sheiko wrote these program for very low level lifters. But they work very well also for more advansed.
Then there are some CMS training plans (2 on the book, and a lot for Viktoria Bedoinzhe on the old Irbis club website).

probably Eric "saved" already other plans with numbers before 29. Belive me, I know sheiko training before became famouse in USA and this numbers are a way to call them, but not original. Me too, now, I call them #29, #30 exetera.
For Bed. plans, now there is no more irbisclub website. I probably got some of them in original language.

Ahh I'm not competing anymore, i'm just training my home town team. I've done this sammer raw italian bench press cup in 181 class where I made something like 325. (i'm not a champion). But i use a lot some ideas of the plans you pass me, above all with a guy who had incredible squat results in last italian cup (+ 65 lbs in 3 mounth in a already high level lifter). Thake a look at Bedoinze training plans, they are very interesting! Above all for the lengh and the possibility of see how Sheiko periodize actually. (bad english, sorry)
