Is there a chart or something that shows how the different Sheiko routines compare to each other, when to use which one and what if any lift is the focus? I think I read somewhere that #29 is a deadlift focus. If not maybe someone that knows this stuff really well could make one up. Something that could look like.... Routine When To Follow Followed By Emphasis #29 ? ? ? Deadlift I know this wouldn't be a perfect outline or schedule or whatever but it may help those of us who are just learning Sheiko how it all fits together.

There is a spreadsheet somewhere on this board which has all(?) of the programs and a summary page comparing the volume and percentages. I think for most of us, programs 29/37 will suffice for strength building and 32 for peaking. They say that 29 is a deadlift focused program, however, from memory you only pull from the floor once in four weeks though you squat and bench twice a week!

I have not been able to find any sheiko programs on BMF except Dave's 13 week programs. The spread sheet being talked about was put together by ChaseT over at BB.com. Here is his rapidshare link. rapidshare.com/files/179760276/Sheiko_Spreadsheet_2008.08.25.xlsIMO he did a great job putting it together. On the second tab he listed the volume and intensities for each lift, for each cycle.

*bump* I've been trying to find a copy of that spreadsheet, but most of the links I've found are dead. Anyone have a copy of ChaseT's spreadsheet they can share? Love to see comparison of the different programs.
