I actually talked to Caslow about that template over on thepowerlifting.com - IIRC, he said his training now is still pretty similar, but he has made some adjustments to a few items. The thing that stood out most to me was that he treats the speed squat day more like assistance work. He'll do squats with the SSB for 4x4 with 60-70% on that day. He also (like most of Big Iron) incorporates reverse bands. There were some other changes to bench and deadlift as well. There is still a strong Sheiko influence, but as he said, he made changes that he felt would work better for him. Caslow is one of my favorite lifters and the guy is definitely a class act.

I have spoke with Al a few times he is a safe geezer no doubt.
Dont forget that the majority of his traingin is done for multi-ply meets thats partly why so much rvs bands etc. in there. IIIRC he is training for a raw meet ATM and his training is more traditional sheiko style.

He is training for Talmant's Raw Unity Meet, he is actually still using reverse bands, box squats, boards, etc. in his training. Also his second squat day is still a bit different from standard Sheiko. It seems to work for him well though - his log is on EliteFTS. I'm pretty interested to see what he can put up raw - I think he said his squat opener would be around 550, that's a huge raw squat at his weight.
