I'm planning on beginning the 13 week Sheiko training plan posted here next Tuesday. What type of warm-up's does everyone recommend prior to lifting?

Why wouldn't you use the warm-up you've done for your training prior to using Sheiko?
I'm not sure why you would want to warm-up for squats, bench or deadlifts differently depending on the program you're doing.

A general circuit with light weight or bodyweight that involves pulling and pushing in all planes, squatting and lunging through a full ROM, and maybe a few light plyometrics, should do it. No longer than 15 mins.

here's what I do for squats as an example Squat: Band squats, drape the thickest band over the top of a power rack or similar, grab the ends of the band and squat down. Basically it's squats with less than bodyweight, I find these really good for opening up hips, and getting a good full range of motion stretch using roughly same form as a normal squat. I do about 3 sets of 5-8 Then some leg swings, band pullaparts, and band standing abs ( seems to help stretched the hammies rather than actually working the abs ), then start with empty bar for a set or two, first set is always hands near collars moving them as as I get properly warmed up.
