I used a size 44 (100kg) Titan Super Centurion regular stance at 87kg body weight.
This is the warm up I did. Edit: My competition squat is 150kg in wraps and a belt (3 weeks ago).
I want to know what weight to use as my suited 1rm, as you can see in the video I double bounced with 180kg and my knees came in on 200kg which messed me up. I definitely need plenty of practice.
Also I have been doing the 13 week equipped cycle in the stickies. I tested my suited max on the last day of week 4 (when the squat suit arrived) and have 9 weeks to go until my next competition.
I am mainly concerned about lifting 70% and 80% in the suit, although I think with practice I should be able to get lower.

For now use 180k as a max with 70 & 80% weights try the straps down for those lifts. The more you practice, the better you will get.

Thats ugly at the moment matey.
You need to get tighter, a lot tighter IMO. Get a big breath and blow the abs into the belt and then tighten all the muscles in the back before you decend. You need to force the knees out on the way up and down too.
I would do like Dave says and also go:
70% straps down belt 80% straps down belt wraps 90% straps up belt wraps

hi,
i have found that a raw squat [as you have been for your first few comps earlier year], i has to squat much closer, because it tears my inner thighs / groin up. when wearing knee wraps i can go a bit wider, but when i have suit on, either straps up or down, i can go as wide as i want to.
i also found it helpful going wider as this helps me to keep my chest up and head up as well. it is easier for my upper back to round over if i have my feet closer, especially when the straps are up.
also, never look down when squatting, the body will follow the head.
i hope this helps, dakola.
