I got my highest total at the Quebec Provincial last week...
i did my best Squat & My best DEAD Ever...My bench was shit & my training partner too...we must tweak the bench traning to get better results...So .... i weigh in at 92.6kg
Squat 1: 250 , 3 whites Squat 2: 265, 3 whites Squat 3: 287.5 3 whites (10kg PR)
Bench 1: 205 3 whites Bench 2: 227.5 ..... cant locked out f**kingf**k!!!!!! Bench 3: f**k off it was the last times that i failled a lock out of my life
Dead 1: 240kg 3 whites Dead 2: 290kg 3 red (lost balance) Dead 3: 300kg 3 whites (25kg PR)

Try this next time, 5 sets of 6 reps using 65% of your max using a 3 board. 3 times a week! Do this instead of the dips or push down movements.

Wow you both did amazing.
Did you mean to weigh in at 92 Joel or did you miss your limit? Do you get to go to the worlds with that total?
I was impressed as hell with Yves bench too.
I dont agree that your bench training has been going badly becasue you both hit great numbers...what have you been doing for your bench?

i have done the equipped 13th weeks training cycle but i did my shirted bench press on the friday...one the monday i did the bench with chains...i got a nice evaluation skills but i failed at the meet...may be my warm up was too short & i wait too much time before my first attempt...
