Hello Eric, I have a few questions if you don't mind.
1. I'm a para dominant protein type. I've always been a protein type but I didn't know weather I was a fast oxidizer dominant or a autonomic dominant. I then did a calcium test,
testing both an acid and an alkaline form of calcium seeing how i reacted. I reacted badly to the alkaline form of calcium and felt phenomenal on the acid from which means I'm a para dominant. I also have very fast oxidation so is it ok for me to use OXI-COM even though Im a para dominant and not fast oxidizer dominant??
2. My next few questions are about glandular/hormone supplements for health/sports performance. I use Ultra Life's proto-com #2 and it works great for stress and working out. My question is what are your thoughts about taking other glandulars for a specific reason such as sports performance. For example is it ok for take orchic or or even mega dose on orchic to purposely overshoot testosterone pre-workout in order to improve work outs??? Is this safe and does it work anyway?? I haven't tried it yet. I do use 1 orchic pre workout but I've been wondering if purposely overdosing on orchic pre workout would help workouts by overshooting testosterone, then of course the workout would burn off the excess testosterone? It is ok for a para-dominant protein to take liver and thymus glandulars or other pns glandulars "post" workout for recovery??? Im allowed to eat liver and thymus-sweetbread foods but would it be ok to take the glandulars as well, "eventhough" im already a para dominant. Ive experimented with some pns glandulars and they make me extremely tired so i avoid. Have you ever experimented with thyroid or pituitary glandulars?? The thyroid gland governs growth and the anterior portion of the pituitary gland secretes HGH, would a thyroid and pituitary glandular help with workouts??? Im sure the dose would need to be highly individulaized.I was also wondering about pregnenolone, progesterone and dhea supplementation but im sure ill learn all that when I do the metabolic typing adviser course.
3. I hear so much about arginine and ornothine for working out, are they ok for protein types and what dose is ok if any. I also wanted to ask you if you have even tried ultralifes metabolic typing specific amino acid formulas??
4. Is it necessary to soak nuts and seeds. The only ones I eat are almonds and walnuts. Some experts say that if you chew them well there is no need to soak them, others say that the enzyme inhibitors indicate that you must soak them which one is it??
5. Is it possible to ferment green beans and cauliflower?? If so please instruct me how. Thanks
